Do I need an account to download the app?
No. The download needs no account and no Google sign-in.
How long is the free trial?
The free trial lasts 30 days from the first launch on the computer. Reinstalling the app does not give a new trial.
What happens to my files when the trial or subscription ends?
Your files, lessons and student data are not deleted. Only access to features pauses until you renew.
Can I use the key on two computers?
Each paid key is tied to one computer. To change computer, contact support to re-link the key.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. After activation it works offline within the allowed period, and checks the licence when the connection returns.
How do I pay?
Payment is made manually after you contact us on WhatsApp; we will send you the instructions.
What if I see “this key is linked to another computer”?
Message us on WhatsApp with the key (do not post it publicly) and we will help you re-link it.
