Privacy policy

This text explains the data we collect to run licences and the free trial, and why.

1. Downloading needs no account, e-mail address or phone number.
2. To run the licence we keep: a hashed key (the key itself is never stored), its last 4 characters, the plan, start and end dates, the licence status and a hashed computer fingerprint. The fingerprint contains no computer name and no user name.
3. If you send us your name and phone number for a subscription, we use them only to contact you about that subscription.
4. IP addresses in activation logs are hashed with a secret key, to prevent abuse and to track refused attempts.
5. We use no hidden tracking and no advertising. The teacher’s and students’ data inside the app stays on the computer and is not uploaded to us.
6. Licence data is kept for the duration of the subscription, then deleted or anonymised. To request deletion, contact support.
